Burned-out Beauty
Sometimes you stumble onto a place when you're out with your camera and with surprise all the things you didn't know you were looking for fall into place. This burned out and strangely graffitied building was such a place. A combination of steampunk and primitive art, images of this place seemed to just fall into my camera. The festive yet morbid nature of the place was the attraction. But when I started to move around and used my lens to frame each different "picture", a new harmony seemed to emerge. The lonely, burned out feeling became less and the expression of the mystery artist warmed up the site.
